Established  in 2003, Zone Design has proudly worked with some of the country’s most recognised companies and retail brands.

Cavin Chait heads up a team of talented designers that are specialists in the QSR/hospitality, retail and commercial space.

Cavin is an award winning South African Architect and was a founding partner of Krynauw Chait Van Rijswijk Architects (1987 – 1998) which today has been re-branded DHK, one of South Africa’s largest architect practices.

He then became Development Director for listed South African REIT Spearhead renamed Redefine.

On arriving in Australia in 2001, he was a founding partner & Development Director in Strike Bowling Bars responsible for all design, development & fitouts.

In 2008 he became Partner & Director in sister companies, Zone Design and Construction Zone.
